Heidi Higgins graduated from Fashion at NCAD in 2008 and after spending an exciting formative year working with Louise Kennedy, she proudly introduced her own label to the Irish market in May 2009.
Having worked hard to perfect every minute detail before the launch that she had long dreamed of, Heidi made quite an entrance with a sumptuous collection of effortlessly elegant silk dresses.
Now, with her full Autumn/Winter 09 collection taking to the rails of several exclusive boutiques across the country - and available at her flagship location in the Loft at Dublin's Powerscourt Townhouse Centre - the Heidi Higgins aesthetic has been flawlessly defined and is fast becoming iconic.
Just off the catwalks at some of Ireland's foremost couture showcases, the new season's collection is distinguished by exquisite luxury fabrics in classic shapes - languidly draped dresses and blouses giving lush contrast to dramatically defined, boldly cut coats and jackets. The colour palette is delicious, with refined, muted greys; crisp whites and elegant ebonies giving way to a magical, impossible blue and a sensual, simmering red-orange.
